Leadership development

Our leadership practice offers team and individual skills assessment, individual and team development planning, succession planning, strategy, and custom leadership programs developed to address your specific needs.

Executive coaching

Executives operate at a high level of engagement, communicating at many levels, dividing their time among many priorities, and shouldering many responsibilities. Executives need time to reflect and gain perspective. Our executive coaching service provides this, as well as development, problem resolution and more.

Executive coaching engagements involve one-on-one sessions with an executive or manager, working on personal and professional development needs and business issues, including leadership skills development, problem solving and strategy. Engagements begin with an assessment. We utilize a variety of tools.

Culture and change

Our culture and change practice provides services to address change at any level of the organization. We have expertise in large-scale change implementations, including business process analysis, situational assessments, risk and change analyses, organizational readiness, strategy and implementation planning, and execution support. Any change in an organization involves the culture as well. Our services also include cultural assessments and cultural alignment.

Strategy & learning

Our strategy practice offers leadership positioning and planning, strategic assessments, strategy development, and alignment work. We view organizational learning as a component of strategy and as a competitive advantage. We offer an assessment of organizational learning needs, development of comprehensive learning strategies, development of integrated learning programs, succession planning, knowledge management, and individual learning plans.

Process & performance

With a focus on process issues and human performance, this practice includes business process analysis and design, process-resource alignment, and human factors assessment. To assess performance and improve the effectiveness of teams we use a variety of tools including observation, interviews, group work, and specific assessment tools such as Denison, ProMES and SYMLOG.

Organization design

Organization design involves aspects of all seven practice areas. We use a proprietary, systems-based approach to develop organizational architecture. Our model serves as a design framework and structure for integrated strategic intent.

Communications

Our communications practice offers a suite of services ranging from interpersonal communications and coaching to organizational assessments, influencer (media-analyst-invester) relations, and internal communications.
