A matter of principles

The lack of ethics that seems so prevelant today is a concern. Ethics is a cornerstone of both leadership and sustainability. In leadership, ethics builds trust, the foundation of all relationships, and the consequences of socially irresponsible behavior can be devasting to all stakeholders, particularly employees and shareholders.

Leadership is about being of service to others. As Bill Hewlett from Hewlett-Packard said: if we take good care of our employees and customers, the people on Wall Street will be happy with the results, but they are not our focus. Business is about profits and growth, to be sure, but how you get there is another thing.

At Mindshift Consulting, we do business in a manner that is consistent with our values. How we do business is as important to us as what we do. We try to understand the impact of our actions on others and the environment. We work to be a citizen in every community and every country where we work, and to be respectful of all cultures and their traditions. We bring our authentic selves to work.
