Consultants and clients work best when they understand each other. Our values and beliefs underlie everything we do. They also represent our underlying assumptions.

Ethics is one of our core princples. The lack of ethics that seems so prevelant in business today is a concern. Ethics is a cornerstone of leadership and sustainability. The consequences of operating in a socially irresponsible manner can be devasting to all stakeholders, particularly employees and shareholders.

Leadership is about being of service to others. Bill Hewlett and Dave Packard often said: if we take good care of our employees and customers, the people on Wall Street will be happy with the results, but they are not our focus. Business is about profits and growth, to be sure, but how you get there is another thing.
