Our executive coach team has helped many clients to achieve their goals through personal and professional development.

We begin a coaching session with an assessment of where you are today and where you would like to be in the future. What is working for you today and what needs to change? What do you want to do differently? Our coaches are skilled and experienced with the ability to create rapid movement. We understand the unique world of leadership.

The Client-Coach Relationship

What are you looking for in a coach? Our experience suggests there is more to a client-coach relationship than just the work itself. It is important to identify client needs in terms of both the work as well as the relationship. There are different coaching styles and not every style fits every client. We seek to create the best fit between coaches and clients. This process can greatly enhance the progress of coaching.

When we work with a client, we seek to develop new client insights and capabilities, as you might expect. We also help our clients come away with a new understanding of themselves and their organization. Some level of individual transformation often occurs.
