A little about us

Mindshift Consulting is a small consulting firm with expertise in human behavior, organizational design, and development. We are organizational psychologists--this is what differentiates us from other consultants. Our work with clients revolves around people, process and performance. We work with leadership to access the wisdom within each individual and within the organization as a whole.

We view organizational effectiveness as a matter of sound leadership and strong culture. Leadership provides direction and motivation. Culture enables an organization to perform at a high level. When people thrive, cultures flourish and organizations prosper. The right design provides an organization with the agility to change with the flow of the environment, both external and internal.

You can tell a lot about a company simply by walking down the halls and observing the culture. It's in the energy, how people express themselves, and the sense of freedom. In successful organizations people feel free to take chances and fail. There is a climate that invites contribution. It's a place where people want to be. Some organizations have this while others are places that people simply tolerate as a way to make ends meet. When you think about it, It's easy to guess which is more competitive.
